Thanks for the article about the embedded librarian. Interesting use of Twitter--and I couldn't help chuckling at the thought that the moment that made the experience for the class and showed the great benefit of Twitter was when the librarian pulled a book off the shelf and took it in to show the students. Twitter helped her get what they needed at just the right time--and what they needed at that moment was a print text. Another argument for mixing technologies.
